LEGAL NOTICE & TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to our store. By accessing and shopping here, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and policies. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Business Model & Intellectual Property

  • Our store operates under a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. We partner with third-party print providers and order fulfillment services (including Sheens and affiliated logistics networks) to manufacture and ship products directly to customers.

  • All designs, images, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of our store or have been legally licensed for use. Any unauthorized reproduction or duplication without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Since products are uniquely manufactured for each specific order through our fulfillment partners, the shipping policy is designated as follows:

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are a separate charge and are not included in the base price of the product displayed on the platform. These fees are calculated separately at checkout and are tiered based on product type, print provider, and destination country.

    • Economy Plan: Typically ranges from $3.99 (increases incrementally depending on product quantity).

    • Standard Plan: Typically starts from $4.75 for domestic orders (US).

    • International Orders: Costs will be higher and are calculated based on package weight/dimensions and the fee schedules of providers within the Sheens system.

  • Shipping Times: The total time for customers to receive their orders includes both production/printing time (2–7 business days) and transit time:

    • Domestic (US): 2 to 8 business days (depending on whether the Economy or Standard method is selected).

    • International: May take anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 weeks depending on the customs clearance procedures in the destination country and local delivery partners.

  • Order Tracking: All valid orders will be provided with a tracking number immediately after the package is received by the logistics carrier.

3. Customs & Import Taxes

  • For international orders (cross-border shipping), the end consumer (the customer) is solely responsible for paying all applicable import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees in accordance with the local laws of the destination country.

  • Our store is not held liable for any shipping delays resulting from customs holds or inspection processes conducted by customs authorities.

4. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized nature of Print-on-Demand (POD) merchandise:

  • Change of Mind: We DO NOT accept requests for order cancellations, returns, or refunds if customers simply change their mind, order the wrong size/color, or provide an incorrect shipping address once the order has entered production.

  • Eligible Cases for Support: Customers will receive a replacement item or a 100% refund in the following circumstances:

    • The product has severe printing defects, blurred ink, or does not match the ordered design.

    • The product arrives torn, damaged, or defective due to manufacturer errors prior to delivery.

    • The package is completely lost in transit (officially confirmed by the logistics carrier).

  • Claims Process: In the event of an issue, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include clear photographs showing the product defect along with the original shipping label for the fastest processing.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate. However, the store shall not be held legally liable for any issues arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, shipping industry strikes, or unexpected technical disruptions from the Shopify platform and our supply partner, Sheens.

  • Actual product colors may deviate slightly (5-10%) from the images displayed on your monitor due to different lighting conditions and device screen settings.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of this Legal Notice by posting updates on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
