Sheens Shipping and Return Policy
Sheens operates under a Print-on-Demand (POD) model with a tiered shipping policy based on product type, print provider, and destination country. Sheens does not handle shipping directly but partners with third-party logistics providers; therefore, shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your selected print partner.
1. Shipping Rates

Economy Plan: Typically starts from $3.99. This fee will increase incrementally if customers purchase multiple items.

Standard Plan: Typically starts from $4.75 for domestic orders.

International Rates: Shipping costs outside the country of production (usually the US) are higher and calculated based on package weight/dimensions. You can look up the exact fee schedule of each provider on the Sheens Shipping Rates page.
2. Shipping Times
The total time for customers to receive their orders includes both production/printing time (usually 2–7 business days) and transit time:

Domestic (e.g., US): Takes 2 to 8 business days depending on whether the Economy or Standard method is selected.

International: Can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 weeks depending on the shipping method, customs clearance procedures in the destination country, and the local delivery partner.
3. Important Regulations and Return Policy

Excluded from Product Price: Shipping fees are a separate charge and are not included in the base price of the product displayed on the platform.

Taxes and Customs: For international orders, the end consumer (your customer) may be responsible for additional import duties or customs clearance fees depending on the regulations of the destination country.

Order Tracking: All orders are provided with a tracking number so that customers can monitor their package status on your system.

Cancellation and Refunds: Sheens does not accept returns or exchanges if customers simply change their mind. Refunds or replacements are only issued in the event of printing defects, manufacturer errors, or items lost in transit.
